Angel Zhao is an accomplished finance leader with over two decades of experience, renowned for her critical contributions to New Relic's success. As the company's first finance hire, Angel expertly guided New Relic through its successful IPO in 2014, establishing a foundation for a decade of growth and stability. During her ten-year tenure, she was instrumental in scaling the company’s revenue from $3 million to $1 billion annually. Kasia is a CPA in California, holding an MBA and a Master's degree in Economics, which complement her extensive expertise.

Kasia began her professional career at Deloitte, amassing over 12 years of experience in both Warsaw, Poland, and Silicon Valley, California. Rising to the position of Senior Manager in the audit practice, she specialized in technology clients, handling audits for private and public companies and participating in IPOs.

Shifting to the corporate sector, Kasia led SEC reporting and technical accounting at Cafepress before joining New Relic in 2013. Over the next decade, she was instrumental in taking New Relic public, overseeing a wide range of functions, including equity and SEC reporting, payroll, accounting, treasury, tax, travel, and real estate. Kasia built the finance team from the ground up and advanced to Group Vice President of Finance, significantly contributing to New Relic's growth from a startup to a public company generating over $1 billion in revenue. In 2018, she relocated to London, UK, to support the development of EMEA subsidiaries.
